Brian Gonzales is the Co-Founder of WealthQuotient which helps top global brands in luxury, financial services, non profit and higher education accelerate access and trust with the right high and ultra high net worth prospects. Before launching WealthQuotient Mr. Gonzales served as Managing Director and Head of Sales at Wealth-X.

Mr. Gonzales emerged as one of the world’s leading experts on ultra high net worth engagement as he helped implement proactive and systematic strategies for organizations across these different industry sectors. He is a trusted and sought after strategist and has spoken at countless conferences on how to better understand and engage this elusive audience.

Prior to working with Wealth-X, Mr. Gonzales was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Endurance Advisory Group, a full service Wealth Management firm that specialized in working with Professional Athletes as well as High and Ultra High Net Worth individuals. Before his work at Endurance, Mr. Gonzales spent 10 years in the Non Profit sector giving leadership to an organization that provided mentoring and counseling to inner city kids in NYC as well as consulting nonprofit and faith based organizations globally.

Rolland Vincent Associates, LLC (RVA) is a consultancy focused on aviation market research, strategy, and forecasting. RVA’s client base includes the world’s foremost civil aircraft and engine manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, aviation service providers, fleet operators, lenders / lessors, and the investment community.

With 35+ years in the aviation industry, Rollie has served as a trusted consultant and at Textron, Bombardier, and ICAO in various roles in strategy, marketing, business development, aviation economics, and aviation statistics. Identifying a need for enhanced insights into the state of the business aviation marketplace, RVA partnered with JETNET in 2010 to create JETNET iQ, a respected source of independent market intelligence incorporating proprietary “voices of the customer” research. He is chair of the Transportation Research Board’s Standing Committee on Light Commercial and General Aviation, overseeing subcommittees focused on business aviation, regional aviation, and helicopters / vertical lift solutions.

A private pilot, Rollie earned a BA and MA in economic geography and a MBA in international business and marketing from McGill University.
