The team has developed an outstanding high-energy, impactful week and I am so excited to have the entire team together for comradery, forward thinking, learning, growth and fun.

 

We will be celebrating each other and the tremendous progress we made in 2019 of foundationally building a stronger business capable of increasing our scale for the future while not missing a beat on sales performance at the individual level. I am immensely proud of this team and each and every one of you!

 

Most of our energy for the week will be spent spring-boarding off of this foundation into 2020 - and beyond - with our jetAVIVA Mission, Vision and Values being the Flight Plan for all we do. I look forward to charting the path with all of you, sharpening our tools and developing the plan to meet and exceed our goals, your goals and our customer’s goals resulting in extending our dominance across the industry and achieving the dreams of our customers and all jetAVIVA team members!
